A very good experience. We loved the patio. My colleges got lamb and could not say enough about it. I got the veggie platter and thought it was above average.

I ordered the King Solomon. The food was just ok. The restaurant is a little dingy. The amount of food you get is very generous for what you pay.

I have often seen Ethiopian food featured on the food network and had it on my list to try.   After doing some research on Ethiopian Restaurants in GTA, I came across many good reviews on this place and decided to go with family yesterday for an early dinner.

I cannot vouch for how authentic the food is, but I can tel you that everything we had was simply amazing.    When we sat down, I asked the waitress for some ideas on what to order.   As we were talking, the chef/owner came by and spoke to us.   He highly recommended the king Solomon platter and the chacha (char boiled lamb tenders).   We also ordered the doré tibbs (chicken sautée in spiced butter).

The chacha is absolutely the best lamb I have ever eaten.   The chef is an true artist...the spice, char flavor on that lamb blew us all away.   The doré tibbs was very good.   My teenage kids really enjoyed eating with the injera (Ethiopian flatbread).   We will be back for more chacha in the near future!

If you want to try real Ethiopian food King Solomon is the place. Nice authentic place makes you feel that you are in Addis. Food is tasty, I was in Ethiopia so tried Ethiopia food before. I highly recomended.
